Muy buen hotel solo que se me hacen muy chiquitas las habitaciones
Muy buena ubicación por todo lo que tiene alrededor del mismo y en cuestión de servicio muy atentos y si te dan una explicación del reglamento interno del hotel para evitar malos ratos exelente el servicio
Muito bom! Como fizemos uma viagem econônica, saiu um pouquinho mais caro do que estávamos pagando. No entanto, o café da manhã foi divino. Realmente, muito bom. Mas não é só o café. Os quartos são bem adequados, o atendimento é super profissional e conta com estacionamento. A localização também é outro bom ponto. Ciudad Valles foi o único lugar em que passamos na viagem de 20 dias no México onde tivemos um pouquinho de dificuldade pra reservar de última hora.
Llegamos con preservación y desde un principio excelente atención y desde un principio te explican las reglas amablemente, habitaciones muy limpias,amplias, y con muy buen espacio tsnto en habitación y baño. La ubicación excelente porque queda el mercadito de CD Valles muy cercas y otros lugares a donde salir a pasear.

El lugar esta bien es bonito , cómodo, limpio y el precio sería razonable. Si no fuera por qué a las 04:15 que acostumbro a bañarme . El agua estaba realmente fría. Hasta aproximadamente las 09:00 HRS que volví a verificar ya estaba tibia. De ahí en fuera todo está excelente . La atención es muy buena.
Muy elegante y cómodo! Solo que no vi algún elevador para ir al segundo nivel, usamos las escaleras. Cuenta con Wifi, TV, baños muy cómodos.
